For our second “3 Ways To…” post, my good friend Elise from Sunday Charm and I have decided to put our aprons on and do our best Betty Crocker and write about 3 Ways to Cook Something! I chose Sweet Potatoes because they are some of my favorite, healthy side dishes and you can cook them in so many different ways!
They (unless you’re Dwight Schrute) say “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.” Well, if you’re looking for a healthy meal straight to his heart, I have one for you! (And those of you non-gluten free, who still want to add a starch, garlic bread would go great with this meal.)

It’s Friday. I love Fridays! Even though while raising support, weekdays can sometimes feel a lot like weekend days, (I know, don’t hate me) there still something fun about Fridays.
