I’ve always been a big fan of New Year’s Resolutions. They haven’t always stuck, and sometimes it can be discouraging to look back over the past year and see certain areas I feel I failed at growth, or didn’t fully accomplish my goals. But as someone who tends to be an all or nothing type person, I have to remind myself to also remember the areas over the past year where I have been successful in personal growth.
My Top 15 Health + Fitness Tips.
Over the years, I have read about and tried a TON of different health and fitness books, workouts and diets. Some have worked, some haven’t, but along the way, I learned a lot about what works and doesn’t work for my body.
For example, last week I wrote about my February Whole[ish]30 challenge. Through that experience, I learned that what I needed was a lifestyle diet that I knew I could continue longer term than just 30 days.
December: Chin up and Chill out.
For the past two months, I’ve focused on one specific goal for each month. Pursuing one way of bettering my life and myself if you will. My goal for October was “Just Do It:” get out of the house and get moving. For November it was figuring out my “Grand Art:” what has God created me uniquely to do with my passions and gifts?
