I do realize that by using the phrase “March Madness” in the name of this post, it may give the impression that it has something to do with basketball or sports in general. It doesn’t, sorry. It’s actually about something I have decided to do for the month of March, that may seem like madness to some people (including me! Ha!)

Living in Limbo.

I wrote on Facebook a couple days ago about how I’ve been a little absent from blogging lately. Life has just been a little peculiar lately. I don’t really know what word to use, but kinda like “peculiar.” Last week, before we left for our trip to Arkansas, was just one of those weeks where you make plans, but they just totally don’t pan out, and you have to be ok with it.

Oh, hey February.

I don’t know about you, but personally, it feels like January flewwww by. The holidays came and went quickly and then the beginning of January switched gears and felt like it was dragging. But now it seems like I blinked and hello, it’s February! And let’s be honest, besides being the “love month,” February can be pretty bleak. The snow has officially lost it’s magic and beauty, and now it’s just cold, wet and annoying.

As I’ve thought about how I can be more intentional in my everyday life, I’ve thought a lot about how that can translate onto this blog. This made me start thinking about what kind of blogs I enjoy reading the most. Besides the DIY, home improvement and book list blogs, I really enjoy reading blogs where the author is being vulnerable and real about their life.
